Here’s a look at the Top 10 standouts from Day 1 of Myrtle Beach Live.

1) Kaden Metheny, BigShots Elite West Virginia

Kaden Metheny had a big day on Day 1, leading the way with a division-best 72 points and averaged 35.0 points per contest. He’s pulled an offer from Rhode Island and James Madison since the live period began.

2) Brandon Stroud, BigShots Elite Georgia

Brandon Stroud is one of the premier guards in the tournament and he set the tone with his ability on Day 1. He opened the weekend with 19 points and had 14 points in their second game as one of their pace-and-space players on the perimeter.

3) Nick Farrar, BigShots Elite North Carolina

Nick Farrar showed off his versatility as a three-level scorer on Day 1, producing 24 points against the Greensboro Warriors. He’s generating a lot of interest from high-major programs and recently earned offers from LSU and Texas A&M.

4) Jay Moore, WV Mpact

Jay Moore was one of the surprises of the opening day. He posted 33 points including a number of big dunks in Game 1 against the Dallas Seawolves. He’s a wiry player on the wing that has tons of skill.

5) Chris Youngblood, BigShots Elite Georgia

Chris Youngblood was a beast everywhere on the floor for BigShots Elite Georgia. He showed off his strength as a slasher going to the rim and his prowess on the boards as his squad went 2-0 on the opening day.

6) Raesean Frederick, BigShots Elite Georgia

Raesean Frederick was another prospect from BigShots Elite Georgia that showed off his skills around the rim and on the interior. He put on an impressive display getting to the rim and finishing with tough buckets.

7) K.J. McClurg, BigShots Elite West Virginia

K.J. McClurg is the other half of the dynamic duo for BigShots Elite West Virginia. He put on quite the show alongside Kaden Metheny. His performance generated him an offer from Niagra by the end of the opening day.

8) Eric Grier, BigShots Elite Georgia

Eric Grier should see his stock rise after this weekend after his performance on Day 1. The big man put together quite the performance which included a number of big dunks and huge finishes. He’s a solid forward that plays strong on the interior and demands attention in the post.

9) Robertas Jonaitis, WV Mpact

Robertas Jonaitis showed off his skills in the frontcourt and on the perimeter with his size at 6-foot-6. He’s an underrated athlete that gets after it on both ends. He was quite the stock riser on Day 1 and should generate some new interest soon.

10) Thailand Elder, Dallas Seawolves

The Dallas Seawolves were paced by combo guard Thailand Elder on opening day. He averaged 27.0 points per game and made nine 3-pointers on opening day to pace his team on offense. He showed why he should get some interest from programs at the next level.
